Urban Motion is a fictional concept designed to improve skateboarding. The sport relies on tiny movements that are often invisible to viewers. The concept involves a ramp that recognises any movement, as well as the tricks performed by skateboarders, and provides visual support. This allows viewers to understand the difficulty and complexity by visualising them. them. Once a run is complete, the line can be saved, viewed and compared to others at a later time. To demonstrate this concept, we created a miniature version with a self-made fingerboard ramp and tracking via TouchDesigner. The project was developed during the third semester of MdRV.
